I have a Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Science with an emphasis area in Packaging Graphics & Design from Clemson University and a Master's Degree in Food, Nutrition, & Culinary Science from Clemson University. For my Master's Thesis, I developed a nutritious snack cake for potential introduction in food desert locations.
I enjoy creating things, whether it be art, packaging design, or food.
I have an extensive interest in languages, foreign cultures, and foreign packaging. I have a large collection of snack packages from other countries.
